DKW Junior and Junior DeLuxe 1961-1965 Service and Repair Manual | PDF Download
The DKW Junior is a small German front wheel drive car with a three cylinder, two-stroke engine, the sort that smokes a little and sounds like nothing else on the road. This manual covers the Junior and the DeLuxe, and it explains the oil system that makes them different from an ordinary four-stroke.
The older cars were run on fuel with the oil mixed in, and from 1962 an oil injection pump meters it in for you. Both are explained, along with the three sets of points and their timing, the Solex carburettor settings, the electrics, the steering and the brake adjustments. It’s a short tune-up and servicing guide, so there’s no engine rebuild, gearbox work or bodywork.
